YOUR PROFILE

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a coffee machine technician (ideally with Eversys) or in a field service role of comparable complexity.
• Completed vocational training as an electrician, electrical fitter, electrical engineer, or a comparable technical qualification.
• Profound experience in diagnostics, fault analysis, and sustainable troubleshooting of electromechanical systems.
• Experience with IoT devices, digitally connected systems, or barista skills is considered a strong advantage.
• Independent, structured, and highly quality-oriented approach to work.
• Strong service and customer orientation coupled with a professional demeanor.
• Willingness to take ownership beyond individual service assignments and a passion for process optimization.
• Strong communication skills in English.
• Valid category B driver's license and a high willingness to travel within Switzerland.
• Non-smoker - we don't want you to smell like cigarettes, neither at work nor at customer meetings. After all, FELFEL is about good food.
• Valid work permit or Swiss passport.

Do you combine technical expertise with a high standard of quality and take ownership from the first customer appointment to long-term equipment performance? As a Senior Service Technician (100%) in Zurich Wiedikon, you’ll be more than just out in the field – you will set standards, bring structure to processes, and elevate our Gavetti quality to the next level across Switzerland.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Field Operational Excellence 

• Install, commission, and technically approve new Gavetti coffee machines throughout Switzerland.
• Execute demanding maintenance, diagnostic, and repair work with high technical quality.
• Ensure consistently high equipment availability and sustainable problem-solving for customers.
• Manage deployment planning independently and ensure clean, complete documentation in the system.
• Perform assembly and repair work in our workshop in Zurich Wiedikon.
• Support the maintenance of the FELFEL fridge fleet.

• Provide first-level support to service technicians for complex technical issues.
• Support the onboarding and training of new team members.
• Collaborate closely with Operations, Customer Success, and external partners for quality assurance.
• Communicate professionally during demanding customer situations or escalations.

• Identify weaknesses in the service process and actively implement improvements.
• Provide structured feedback to the product and development teams to further develop the Gavetti and FELFEL systems.
• Co-design and standardize technical documentation in the Wiki.
