You can expect a learning on the job internship, where you determine the workload yourself (between 60% and 100%).

IHRE AUFGABEN

• Acting in assigned Scrum Master role in an IT project (agile squad)
• Support experienced Senior Scrum Master with squad relevant IT deliveries in assigned agile ways of work aspects (e.g. communication management, stakeholder management, quality management, release management, compliance management) and ART related aspects
• Define together with Delivery CoE and Line Manager process improvements and take ownership for implementation and rollout
• Active exchange and shadowing with CoE team members of Delivery CoE
• Challenge Status Quo and improve the existing processes

YOUR PROFILE

• A current bachelor’s or master's degree study in a technical field (university, ETH, FH)
• A maximum of two semesters left until your graduation
• A huge portion of motivation to learn new things
• In the best case already some technical and practical knowledge
• Basic knowledge and interests in: Project delivery methodology, Agile methodology & framework, Ability to visualize, Training & workshop management, Stakeholder Management
• Personal and social skills: Communication, Problem solving, Social interaction & cross-cultural mindset, Empathy & relationship management, Coaching
• Fluent in English and German
