For our site in Prague, we are looking for Converter Test Technician - Junior.

In this role you will perform the following tasks:

• Testing of converters (thyristor + IGBT) with power ranging from 0.5MW to 10MW, according to international standards
• Uploading and debugging of software
• Uploading of firmwares
• Basic setup of controller parameters
• Administrative activities related to testing of converters
• Close cooperation with the company headquarters in Geneva

What we expect:

• Education in electrical engineering
• Minimum experience as of school internship in electrical field
• Willingness to learn and grow in power electronics field
• English at a communicative level to work with colleagues abroad
• Communication talent, ability to reports results clearly
• Professional competence according to the Decree NV 194/2022 § 6 (obsolete No. 50/1978 Coll.)
• Reliability, diligence, flexibility, independence
