Were hiring a Full Stack Developer to join our Geneva office (hybrid). Help us build intelligent, scalable solutions for real-time interaction.

Responsibilities:

Design and develop high-performance applications using NestJS, Node.js, Python, and React

Translate prototypes into robust, scalable software

Participate in defining system architecture and tech stack decisions

Maintain and improve CI/CD pipelines and automated tests

Ensure code quality through reviews and best practices

Collaborate with product, data, and design teams to create new features

Actively contribute to GitHub project tracking, branching, and PRs

(Bonus) Automate workflows with GitHub Actions

(Bonus++) Integrate and manage AWS services (Lambda, S3, EC2...)

Work with modern frontend tools like TypeScript and TailwindCSS

Use tools like Postman, Docker, Slack for agile development

Interact with cutting-edge AI tools (Ollama, Langchain, ChromaDB)

You're a full stack enthusiast with strong coding skills and a love for innovation.

Profile criteria:

Must: Minimum 3 years of experience in Full Stack Development

Must: Strong proficiency in React, NestJS / Node.js, and Python

Must: Experience with CI/CD, testing, and code review best practices

Must: Solid understanding of performance, scalability, and security

Must: Fluent in English (written and spoken)

Autonomous and proactive in team settings

Comfortable managing GitHub-based workflows

Passionate about building from prototype to production

Familiar with DevOps tools (GitHub Actions, Docker)

Curious and motivated by AI and innovation

Bonus: Experience with AWS (Lambda, S3, EC2...)

Bonus: Familiar with Golang, FastAPI, Flask
