Do you want to actively shape the future of Green?

As Senior Manager Finance & Controlling, you will support the CFO in ensuring efficient financial management, transparency, and sound decision-making across the organisation.

You will be responsible for financial planning, reporting, controlling, and process improvements while contributing to the further development of our finance function.

Key Responsibilities

• Finance & Controlling
  Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities
  Prepare financial analyses and management reports
  Support group consolidation and statutory reporting
  Collaborate with external auditors, tax advisors, and financial partners
  Support treasury and financing activities
• Reporting & Compliance
  Ensure accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting
  Support the preparation of financial statements
  Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards and regulations
• Process Improvement & Systems
  Drive improvements in financial processes and reporting
  Support the implementation and optimisation of finance systems and tools
  Identify automation opportunities and leverage AI-driven solutions where appropriate

Profile & Qualifications

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
• Several years of experience in finance, controlling, or accounting
• Strong knowledge of Swiss GAAP FER and OR
• Experience in an international environment is an advantage
• Experience with Abacus, DATEV, and Power BI is a plus
• Experience with AI in Finance tools
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Hands-on, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset
• Fluent in English and German; additional languages are a plus
