You can unfold your talents in:

  • Execute the strategy to develop the local market focusing on polymer product group PET
  • Manage/build-up customer base; achieve sales budget
  • Develop further our product portfolio and the market in the field of prime and recycled plastics
  • Develop long-term sales plans for key customers, monitor, and adapt sales activities to meet the objectives
  • Perform ongoing market research and requirement analyses; adjust the strategy to respond to changing market conditions and customer demand
  • Support of key accounts as well as active acquisition of potential new customers
  • Collaborate effectively with our in-house team on logistics matters
  • Visit customers and suppliers – regional travel up to 30%

Your enablers are:

  • Commercial and/or technical degree-level education (ideally in plastics engineering)
  • Several years of work experience in the petrochemical / polymer sector, preferably with an active customer portfolio
  • Solution provider mindset, hands-on mentality, as well as structured and independent way of working
  • Excellent communication skills with both internal and external stakeholders; experienced in negotiations
