About the role
As one of the early team members, you will play an instrumental role in shaping both our technology and our company culture. This is a hands-on, high-impact role where your contributions directly affect patient outcomes and the future of remote interventional medicine.
Reporting to the Endovascular Device Team Lead, you will be responsible for, but not limited to:
- Contributing to the research, development, verification, validation, and industrialization of our devices.
- Supporting the creation and implementation of design control, risk management, quality and regulatory documentation related to the devices and manufacturing processes.
- Interfacing with clinical experts, suppliers, and the entire cross-functional development team, including engineering, manufacturing, risk management, clinical, quality and regulatory domains.
Your profile
- Minimum BSc in engineering (biomedical, mechanics, micro-technology).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in medical device development, ideally with Class II or III devices
- Proven experience with medical device development and verification activities, ideally with catheters or guidewires.
- Solid understanding of FDA and MDR regulations, and standards like ISO 13485 & ISO 14971.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and self-driven with a strong sense of responsibility.
- Collaborative team player with a hands-on attitude and a passion for innovation, continuously seeking opportunities to improve products, processes, and team dynamics.
- Comfortable working in a startup environment with a hands-on mindset.
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
