New Market and Business Development Manager 100%

As a New Market and Business Development Manager (EMEA), you will take on the responsibility of further developing our strong automotive business and tapping into new markets with innovation and strategy. In this role, you will combine market expertise, technical understanding, and sales prowess to transform innovations into sustainable growth.
Challenge
- Identifying and developing new business opportunities in the automotive, two-wheeler, and home appliance markets.
- Managing strategic accounts and implementing long-term growth programs.
- Working closely with engineering to ensure technical feasibility and the introduction of new manufacturing technologies.
- Developing go-to-market strategies and monitoring relevant market trends in the EMEA region, particularly in the areas of electromobility and mobility solutions.
- Coordinating customer requirements with R&D, production, and quality to ensure manufacturing-ready solutions.
Qualifications
- 8–10 years of professional experience in B2B sales or business development in a manufacturing-oriented environment.
- Experience working with OEMs, Tier 1 suppliers, or managing key strategic accounts is a plus.
- In-depth knowledge of electronics integration, injection molding, and hybrid manufacturing processes.
- “Hunter” mentality with strong negotiation skills and entrepreneurial thinking.
- Completed basic education required; a degree in industrial engineering, engineering, business administration, or a comparable field is preferred.
- Excellent English skills; additional languages are a plus. Basic German skills are expected.
