Digital Marketing Associate

ZuriMED Technologies AG, founded in 2015, emerged from the Laboratory for Orthopedic Biomechanics at ETH Zurich and the University of Zurich as a startup. Our innovative team has developed a mechanical augmentation system for rotator cuff repairs, which received FDA clearance in December 2024. ZuriMED’s ultimate goal has always been to develop innovative technologies and products that have the potential to significantly improve surgeons’ quality of treatment and ultimately patients’ quality of life. 

To support our continued growth, we are now looking for a motivated and creative Digital Marketing Associate to join our commercial team. This role offers the opportunity to contribute directly to the success of our marketing and communications strategy while working in a dynamic, innovative environment. 

Responsibilities

• Plan, create, and manage design and marketing content of digital platforms (website, LinkedIn, YouTube, email newsletters) 
• Support SEO and digital advertising initiatives 
• Manage content calendar and coordinate social media posting 
• Assist in the creation of sales collateral and presentations 
• Create video material and illustrations to support marketing activities 
• Support event and congress preparation with digital and printed materials 
• Monitor and report performance analytics (Google Analytics, LinkedIn insights) 
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure content aligns with brand messaging 

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communication, or a related field 
• 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in MedTech or healthcare 
• Strong writing, editing, and graphic design skills and respective software 
• Previous experience with WordPress and website management preferred 
• Ability to work independently 
• Fluency in English and German required
