Job description
You will bridge Finance and Data, driving the digital transformation of FP&A through automation, advanced analytics, and forecasting.
Your role is to transform complex and fragmented data into meaningful financial insights, improve forecasting accuracy, and support strategic decision-making.
You will analyze historical performance, build predictive models, and design financial KPIs that help management monitor business performance andanticipatetrends.
By combining strong technical skills (SQL, Power BI, Python) with a solid understanding of financial dynamics, you will enable a data-driven FP&A function capable of scaling efficiently.
KeyResponsibilities
- Build,maintainandoptimizedata pipelines (ETL/ELT) to integrate financial and operational data.
- Design, develop, andmaintaininteractive dashboards and reports (Power BI,Tableauor equivalent).
- Automate recurring reporting tasks and data workflows using SQL, Python, or scripting tools.
- Develop financial models and forecasts (rolling forecasts, scenario analysis, sensitivity).
- Perform varianceanalysis,ad-hoc investigations.
- Collaborate cross-functionally(Finance, Operations, IT, Business units) to gather assumptions,validatedata, and deliver insights.
- Continuously improve processes, data quality, and reporting efficiency.
RequiredSkills&Experience
- SQLskills (complex queries,joins, optimization).
- Experience withBI / data visualization tools(Power BI, Tableau, etc.).
- Programming experience inPython(e.g.pandas,numpy) for data manipulation and modeling.
- Solid Excel skills (advanced formulas, pivot tables, modeling).
- Experience in financial modeling, forecasting, scenarioanalysis.
- Analytical mindset, attention to detail, problem-solving orientation.
- Good communicationskills: able to explain technical insights to non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field.
