As Associate Principal Scientist Dietary Supplements – Global, you will lead the end?to?end science translation and research agenda for our Dietary Supplements segment. In this role, you will help shape the future of health and nutrition by transforming cutting?edge insights into impactful solutions, collaborating with global teams, and contributing to innovations that improve the lives of millions around the world.

Your key responsibilities

• Lead science translation activities for Dietary Supplements, from ideation to clinical evidence generation, concept creation, and science translation, with a focus on Brain & Cognition benefits.
• Design and deliver strategic research projects, contributing to new knowledge, technologies, and products aligned with business priorities.
• Independently plan, conduct, and evaluate pre-clinical and clinical studies, ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards.
• Translate complex scientific data into clear, actionable insights for internal and external stakeholders.
• Build relationships with key opinion leaders, organize advisory panels, and develop scientific advocacy materials.
• Support customers with science-based solutions, competitive assessments, and innovation workshops

You bring

• Advanced degree in science (PhD preferred) and 7+ years’ experience in nutritional science, dietary supplements, or a related field.
• Experience leading scientific projects and collaborating across functions, regions, and with external partners.
• Ability to translate complex science into business value and actionable dietary supplement concepts for customers
• A strong cross-functional team player with excellent presentation skills.
• Technical and commercial acumen, with a focus on customer needs and market trends.
• Resilience, curiosity, and a solution-oriented mindset.
