- Technology ecosystem go-to-market: Lead integrated campaigns, strategic launches and solution-led programs that turn alliances into pipeline, growth and client value.
- Executive partner engagement: Build trusted relationships with senior partner, business, sales and marketing leaders, influencing priorities and investment decisions.
- Global orchestration: Align global, regional and local teams around clear priorities, consistent execution and a unified market presence.
- Commercial ownership: Manage the global marketing budget, MDF and joint investments, allocating resources against business opportunity and measurable return.
- Marketing technology and AI: Use AI, automation and advanced analytics to strengthen targeting, content, campaign performance and decision-making.
- Leadership and performance: Lead and develop an international partner marketing team, with clear goals, disciplined measurement and a strong focus on business outcomes.
- Flagship events and executive programs: lead global events, executive programs and industry moments that build brand, relationships and pipeline
What you bring
- Essential technology-sector background: Substantial B2B marketing leadership experience gained within a large global technology company, such as an IT services provider, enterprise software company, cloud or platform business.
- Partner and alliance credibility: Proven ownership of marketing strategies and joint go-to-market programs with strategic technology partners, supported by strong senior-level relationships in the ecosystem.
- International leadership: Experience leading global or multi-regional programs in a large, matrixed organization and navigating multiple business units, markets and stakeholder groups.
- Senior marketing track record: Typically 12-15+ years in B2B, strategic, integrated or partner marketing, including leadership of teams and complex cross-functional programs.
- Commercial impact: Evidence of demand generation, pipeline contribution, revenue influence and disciplined management of budgets, MDF and partner investment.
- Modern marketing expertise: Hands-on understanding of AI-enabled marketing, automation, data and analytics, and the ability to apply them to business performance.
- Executive influence: Strong strategic judgment, communication and storytelling skills, with the credibility to advise and challenge senior leaders internally and externally.
- Experience leading large-scale global events, executive programs and industry conferences with demonstrated impact on brand awareness, business development and revenue generation.
This role may not be the right fit if...
- Your experience has been primarily in consumer, local-market or agency marketing without direct exposure to large technology organizations.
- You have supported partnerships but have not owned partner or alliance marketing strategy and joint go-to-market execution.
- Your scope has not included global or regional leadership across a complex, matrixed environment.
