DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES | About the role

As the Presales Fortinet Engineer, you will:

  • Install, configure, and manage products which will be dedicated to Fortinet and the Fortinet product family also Citirix and the Citrix product family.
  • Working with the Sales Team to follow up new projects, to support the Sales Team with technical issues and plan demos and PoC to cover customer satisfaction.
  • Manage and work closely with the vendors and the technical teams to cover all the technical aspects which are addressed by vendors.
  • Plan technical workshops, events and activities dedicated for the product to ensure its reputation and the value of the product.
  • Working with marketing team and the customers to create new value added services or expand number of services and ensure all the service KPI’s.
  • Provide Technical Support to customers and partners for dedicated product.
  • Provide configurations, troubleshooting and best practices to customers.
  • Manage support cases to ensure issues are recorded, tracked, resolved, and follow-ups are completed in a timely manner.
  • Provide fault isolation and root cause analysis for technical issues.
  • Visit customers in the event of a critical situation to expedite resolution as required.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE |About you

The ideal Presales Fortinet Engineer:

  • Cybersecurity or network engineering degree
  • Experience with pre-sales Cybersecurity activities, including proposal writing and product demonstrations (At least 5 years).
  • Strong technical knowledge of cybersecurity, including experience with security products, technologies, and standards.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong customer service skills and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to understand the customer's business and identify their unique cybersecurity needs.
  • Working with Sale Team to follow up new Project, to support Sale Team with technical issue and plan demo and PoC to cover customer satisfaction.

Target:

  • Enable partners for Fortinet, Tufin and Netscaler product family.
  • Follow up partner training and certifications.
  • At least quarter based visit 5 partner and follow them to fill all their missing item like training, certifications and increase their state for Fortinet, and Citrix side.
  • Enable the sales team for activities, visit customers with the sales team to define and present all the product technical features, at least one quarter based visit to 15 customers to present product details.
