Tour Guide / Driver (m/f/d) – August to December Season

Hourly Contract | Based in Zurich | CHF 30/hour (gross)

Descubre Suiza Tours is looking for a passionate and customer-oriented Tour Guide / Driver to join our team during the August to December season.

If you enjoy meeting people from around the world, speak fluent English and Spanish, and love sharing the beauty of Switzerland, we'd love to hear from you.

Your Responsibilities

• Accompany international guests on private and small-group tours throughout Switzerland.
• Drive company Mercedes-Benz vehicles safely and professionally.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and create memorable travel experiences.
• Coordinate tour schedules and ensure a smooth operation throughout the day.
• Represent the high standards and image of Descubre Suiza Tours.

Requirements

• Fluent English and Spanish (English level C1 or higher).
• Valid Category B driving licence.
• Living in the Zurich area.
• Friendly, outgoing and professional personality with excellent communication skills.
• Availability to work weekends and public holidays.
• EU/EFTA passport or legal eligibility to obtain a Swiss work permit, allowing us to offer an employment contract.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of Swiss history, culture and geography.
• Additional languages such as German, French, Arabic or Italian.
• BPT 121 professional driving licence.
• Previous experience in customer service, tourism or passenger transportation.

Previous experience as a tour guide is not required. We are looking for motivated people with a positive attitude, a willingness to learn and a genuine passion for delivering outstanding service.
