SAP HCM Payroll & Time Consultant (PY/TM) (m,f,d) - Fiori/ Configuration

Project: For our international customer in Switzerland, we are looking for an experienced SAP HCM Consultant with a strong focus on Payroll (PY), Time Management (TM) and SAP Fiori. You will support the configuration and ongoing operation of SAP HCM Payroll and Time Management, helping to ensure stable and reliable services within an international corporate environment.

Tasks:
• Configure and maintain work schedule rules, holiday calendars, shift planning and overtime premiums
• Configure and customise time schemas and Personnel Calculation Rules
• Analyse time evaluation logs and resolve related issues
• Support clock-in/clock-out and leave management processes
• Configure absence and attendance types, leave accruals and quota entitlements
• Resolve integration issues between SAP Time Management and Payroll
• Implement enhancements within SAP Payroll and Time Management
• Customise and integrate SAP Fiori applications, including My Leave Request, My Time Events and My Team Calendar
• Support the integration of custom Fiori applications

Required Skills & Experience:

• At least 3 years of hands-on experience with SAP HCM Payroll and Time Management configuration and support
• Experience configuring work schedule rules, time schemas and Personnel Calculation Rules
• Experience analysing and troubleshooting time evaluation
• Experience with leave management, absence and attendance types, accruals and quota entitlements
• Experience customising and integrating SAP Fiori applications

Desirable Skills

• Experience integrating SAP Payroll and Time Management in an international, multi-entity organisation
Languages:

• Fluent English (written and spoken)
