Your tasks

• Develop and manage project schedules for Metrology initiatives, including equipment qualification and software implementation
• Prepare and present project status updates for stakeholders on a regular basis
• Collaborate with US Metrology teams to create standard work templates and implement a project prioritisation process
• Handle purchase orders and track budgets for assigned projects

Your profile

• 3-5 years of experience in project management, ideally in the biotech, pharmaceutical, or regulatory industry
• Proficiency in MS Project, Smart Sheets, Power Project, or similar project management tools
• A degree or certification in project management is required
• English C1 is mandatory; German is an advantage
• Strong communication and organisational skills, with experience in cross-functional and international collaboration
