This is what you move with us
As Chef de Rang – Room Service, you will play a key role in delivering a seamless in-room dining experience that reflects the highest standards of luxury hospitality. Your responsibilities include:

• Providing attentive, personalised and professional room service to our guests
• Taking orders accurately and coordinating efficiently with the kitchen team
• Serving food and beverages in guest rooms, including table-side preparation when required
• Presenting menus and offering knowledgeable recommendations on food and beverage selections
• Preparing service mise en place and ensuring all opening and closing duties are completed to the highest standard
• Maintaining service equipment and ensuring its proper handling, cleanliness and functionality
• Ensuring full compliance with hygiene, safety and quality standards throughout all service operations

• A completed education in hospitality, hotel management or gastronomy
• Several years of experience in a premium service environment, ideally within luxury hotels or fine dining establishments
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a guest-focused approach
• A professional, discreet and well-groomed appearance
• The ability to work independently while contributing effectively to a collaborative team environment
• Sound knowledge of food service, wine and beverage pairing, and table-side presentation techniques
• The ability to remain composed and deliver exceptional service in a fast-paced environment
• Fluency in German, English and Italian; additional languages are considered an advantage
• Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays
