Our Sports & Major Events Team supports some of the world’s most prominent organisations – including the International Olympic Committee, and numerous federations and governing bodies, leagues, clubs, and event organisers.
We focus on delivering tangible outcomes across long-term growth strategy, business model design, commercial innovation, governance reform, digital transformation, and major event delivery. Our team applies deep industry expertise and rigorous analytical thinking to solve complex problems and create sustainable impact.
This opportunity is positioned to contribute meaningfully to the evolution of the sports industry through strategic consulting and execution.
How you can make an impact
- Contribute to advisory projects in areas such as growth, commercial development, governance, digital, major events and more.
- Conduct research, data analysis, and modelling to support project delivery.
- Work collaboratively across disciplines and teams to produce high-quality outputs.
- Engage with clients and stakeholders, supporting discussions and preparing materials.
- Continuously build industry knowledge and consulting skills through project experience.
Required Attributes
- Master’s degree with strong academic performance.
- Demonstrated interest in the business of sport and its evolution.
- Analytical mindset and structured problem-solving skills.
- Proactivity and effective time management.
- Excellent verbal and written communications in English (German/French a plus)
- Exposure to sports business strategy or a keen interest in working in sports consulting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365.
Preferred Attributes
- Previous internship or project experience in sports, media, entertainment, or events.
- Familiarity with key industry trends (e.g. fan engagement, sustainability, digital transformation, women’s sport, esports).
