Take a key role in shaping Bühler's global Finance & Controlling. As an experienced Product Owner, you drive process and solution design on SAP S/4HANA, acting as integrator between Finance & Controlling and our agile teams. You continuously improve functionalities and push our Finance & Controlling landscape toward excellence.

This is where you'll excel

You drive as part of the global agile team, the development of end-to-end solutions for Accounting, Controlling, Treasury, Tax, and Travel Management

You ensure continuous value delivery in a SAFe setup, with clear OKRs and measurable outcomes

You own, refine and prioritize the Team Backlog, run Sprint Planning and Reviews, prepare and contribute to PI Plannings and System Demos

You collaborate with stakeholders to refine requirements and design value-adding solutions for Bühler while ensuring IT guidelines especially around compliance, security, continuity

You manage the smooth handover and ongoing interface between solution development and operations

These are the skills you'll need

You hold a degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Business Administration, or a related field

You bring several years of experience as a Product Owner, preferable in SAFe environment or comparable lateral leadership experience

You have a background in Finance with experience in SAP S/4 Hana (FI/CO) and high affinity for designing processes and creating user experience

You are familiar with key agile events (e.g., Sprint Planning, PI Planning, System Demos) and ideally hold certifications such as SAFe POPM, PSPO, or CSPO
