Tudor Pro Cycling is a Swiss professional Road Cycling Team based in Sursee. Launched in 2022 at the initiative of double Olympic Champion Fabian Cancellara, the Team is set to take the world of professional road cycling by storm thanks to a daring new approach to the sport.

We are looking for a Fleet Manager (M/F/D) 80 – 100%

As part of a small, dynamic team, you will be responsible for our vehicle fleet. 

Your responsibilities:

• You are responsible for the technical maintenance of the vehicle fleet

• Planning and coordinating vehicle inspections (MFK), as well as tire management including purchasing

• Coordinating all repairs, including scheduling workshop appointments and processing accident claims

• Repairing minor vehicle damage/ maintenance

• Assisting the COO with operational planning

• Further development of fleet management including establishing a vehicle check-out and check-in process

• Obtaining customs certificates (Carnet ATA) 

Your profile:

• Completed technical training in commercial vehicles or automotive engineering

• Business administration continuing education (technical sales representative or similar)

• Flexible availability

• Professional experience in fleet or workshop management

• Confident communication skills in German and English; additional languages are beneficial

• Class C/C1 driver’s license for workshop visits and empty runs
