We are looking for an experienced IT specialist to join our IT team on either a flexible or immediate start date as

SAP Application Support MM-SD 100% (f/m/d)

In this role, you will be the main point of contact for the SAP application area, covering the MM and SD modules. Your responsibilities will include ensuring the smooth running of our sites in Switzerland and Austria, as well as overseeing optimisations and further developments within the SAP landscape.

Your tasks:

• Provide on-Site Support for SAP MM and SD modules for users in our head office in Zurich as well as

• remote for Austria

• Analyze and resolve incidents, service requests, and system issues raised by business users.

• Perform SAP customizing and configuration changes according to business requirements.

• Support integration points between MM, SD, FI/CO, and other SAP modules.

• Coordinate and perform testing activities, including functional, integration, and user acceptance testing.

• Create and maintain functional specifications, process documentation, and user guides.

• Support month-end and year-end business processes.

• Participate in SAP projects, change requests, and system upgrades.

Your profile:

• 5+ years of hands-on SAP MM and/or SAP SD consulting experience.

• Strong knowledge of SAP ECC configuration and business processes.

• Experience in procurement, inventory management, sales order processing, pricing, shipping, and billing.

• Understanding of SAP integration with FI/CO. 

• Experience with IS-OIL and knowledge of ABAP debugging is a big plus.

• Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP solutions.

• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

• Fluent in German (must) and English (business fluent), written and spoken
