TheHead of Sourcing 3rd Party Goodsis responsible forestablishingand leadingthe global operating model forexternally sourced productsacross the global factory network.
The role ensures that 3rd party sourcing is not managedlocally, butoperates as an integrated part of the global supply chain system,with planning, inventory, allocation, and operational execution processes.
As the owner of the global 3rdparty sourcing framework, the role acts as the centralorchestrator betweenProcurement, Planningand Digitalization functions to optimize the external supply ecosystem and ensure product availability.

Key Responsibilities
- External Supply Network Strategy & Governance
- Define and evolve the globaloperation modelfor 3rd party goods (trading goods)
- Establish standardized sourcing models, processes, and governance frameworks
- Ensure alignment with global architecture (IBP, planning, data models)
- End‑to‑End Supply Chain Integration
- Integrate external supply flows intoplanning and replenishment processes, ensure alignment with:
- Demand & SupplyPlanning(IBP)
- Multi-Level Inventory Optimization (MLIO)
- Product Availability Management
- Order Management &allocationprocesses
- Ensure supplier capacity, lead times, and constraints are transparently reflected in planning and execution
- Network Orchestration
- Act as central orchestrator betweenGlobal FunctionslikeSCM, Procurement, IT
- Balance global standards with local realities and constraints
- Supplier Market & Risk Management
- Build deep understanding of global supplier markets, capacity risks, and geopolitical factors
- Designmitigationstrategies:

RequiredQualifications& Experience
- Extensive experience inSupply Chain Management and/or Sourcingin a global manufacturing environment
- Strongexpertiseinend‑to‑end supply chain processes (Planning, Sourcing, Logistics, Order Management)
- Proventrack recordinleading transformation or rollouts across multiple factories or regions
- Deep understanding ofsupplier markets, risk management, and capacity management
- Experience working inmatrix or network organizations
