At Andermatt Swiss Alps, we are shaping the future of alpine living. As Head of Marketing Real Estate, you will lead the marketing strategy for one of Europe’s most ambitious alpine destinations. Reporting directly to the CEO Real Estate, you will drive brand positioning, demand generation, and commercial growth across our real estate portfolio. We are seeking a commercially minded and entrepreneurial leader who combines strategic vision, creativity, and executional excellence to deliver measurable business impact and support the continued success of our destination.
Your contribution to our success
- Shape the ASA ownership proposition, community narrative and ownership experience, using market insights and performance data to continuously refine positioning, buyer targeting and engagement
- Lead project marketing end-to-end — from positioning, buyer profiling and branding to collateral development and launch execution — for new real estate developments
- Build ASA Real Estate’s brand, CRM and client intelligence capabilities, leveraging data to strengthen targeting, demand generation, conversion and ownership engagement
- Lead the marketing team, agencies and specialist partners, establish clear performance metrics and contribute to the broader Real Estate platform strategy
- Own the real estate marketing strategy and budget, building a qualified, well-segmented global demand pipeline
- Align product, pricing and positioning with Sales and Development, and keep relationship-led buyer qualification approach
- Marketing leader with minimum 5yrs experience in real estate, second home resort developments, branded residences, hospitality, luxury or a comparable premium sector
- Proven track record of building brands, generating demand and bringing premium products to market for HNW/UHNW and international audiences
- Strong expertise in customer insights, CRM, audience segmentation and brand positioning, with the ability to translate insights into commercial outcomes
- Entrepreneurial and commercially minded leader, skilled at aligning brand, product and customer experience across multiple stakeholders
- Experience managing significant marketing budgets, agencies and cross-functional teams
- Fluent English is required (minimum C1 level), German language skills are a strong advantage
- Work location: 4 days per week in Andermatt, with 1 day of remote work (homeoffice) possible

Andermatt Swiss Alps AG, based in Andermatt, plans, builds and develops the year-round destination of Andermatt with aparment buildings, hotels and villas in Andermatt Reuss. The Andermatt Swiss Alps Group also owns The Chedi Andermatt and Radisson Blu Reussen hotels, an 18-hole, par 72 championship golf course and the Andermatt Concert Hall. There is a close partnership with Andermatt-Sedrun Sport AG and its majority shareholder Vail Resorts, Inc.
