In order to reinforce the Learning & Development team at its Headquarters in Biel/Bienne, Switzerland, SWATCH is currently searching for a
LEARNING CONTENT DESIGNER 100%
Job description
- Design and develop product learning content that simplifies movements, complications, materials, and craftsmanship for diverse retail audiences.
- Create storytelling-driven learning modules that bring brand heritage, craftsmanship, and collection narratives to life.
- Develop customer excellence training programs focused on luxury behaviors, emotional intelligence, and elevated client interactions.
- Build coaching tools and learning resources to support store managers and trainers in reinforcing learning on the shop floor.
- Produce blended learning journeys combining digital, virtual, and in-person formats for global deployment.
- Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Retail teams to ensure content accuracy, brand alignment, and operational relevance.
- Leverage learning analytics to measure impact, optimize content, and enhance learner engagement across markets.
Profile
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 3 to 5 years minimum experience in learning design, retail training, or brand education (luxury, fashion or watches preferred).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Suite & LMS Platform.
Professional requirements
- Strong skills in instructional design, storytelling, and content creation
- Ability to simplify complex technical topics and craft engaging narratives
- A passion for craftsmanship, retail excellence, and elevating the client experience
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Languages
- Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus
