The company has its headquarters in Italy and locations in France, the Benelux, and Germany. Currently, they are expanding into the Swiss market and are looking for a Country Manager.
Description
- Establishing and leading the Swiss branch
- Developing and managing strategic and operational business in the Swiss market
- Identifying new business opportunities
- Developing and implementing sales strategies
- Close cooperation with the Italian based parent company
- Building and maintaining relationships with clients and partners
- Preparing reports and tracking the company's performance in Switzerland
Profile
- Solid experience in sales or management in the tourism industry, ideally in the field of tailor-made tours
- Experience in developing and implementing sales strategies and building relationships with clients and partners
- Experience with intelligent software solutions in the tourism sector is advantageous
- Excellent communication skills and negotiation skills in German and English, other languages are beneficial
- Results-oriented and independent work at strategic and operational levels
