Institut Florimont is a private, not-for-profit catholic day school founded in 1905. We welcome more than 1,700 students representing a wide range of nationalities and countries of origin. We offer a complete educational program from nursery through to year 13 (ages 3-18) with two language pathways (francophone and bilingual French/English) leading to a choice of three diplomas: International Baccalaureate, Swiss Maturité, and French Baccalaureate.

Replacement Primary English teacher

We are currently seeking a fully qualified, native English teacher for our primary section to cover a temporary position.

• Starting date: 17th of August 2026 until the end of the school year.
• Employment Rate: 70% (19 periods per week).

As part of this role, you will be teaching one bilingual class and one EAL (English as an Additional Language) class, making it an ideal opportunity for an educator passionate about multilingual and diverse learning environments.

Successful candidates will ideally have:

• A primary education certification (Master’s degree, B.Ed., or Primary PGCE).
• Native English speaker.
• International teaching experience would be an asset.

Our working language is French. Therefore, a minimum level of conversational French is required (level B2 of the CEFR).
