SAP Solution Architect (m/f)

Your challenge

• Define and maintain the end-to-end solution architecture, ensuring scalability, security and alignment with enterprise standards

• Design modular, extensible solutions leveraging SAP S/4HANA, SAP BTP and modern technologies (e.g. Fiori, cloud integration, AI)

• Lead architecture for manufacturing and logistics processes, ensuring seamless integration across SAP Modules (PP, MM, WM)

• Optimize workflows for batch management, serialization, production execution and quality control while maintaining a Clean Core approach.

• Ensure robust integration and interoperability with MES and other core systems

• Design compliant solutions and support validation, audit readiness and architecture practices

• Drive governance and oversight across program and project lifecycles, securing architectural quality and harmonization across global sites

• Translate business requirements into scalable digital capabilities; facilitate workshops, roadmaps, and cross-functional alignment with senior stakeholders

• Provide thought leadership on modernization, emerging technologies and life science best practices

Your qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Engineering or a related field

• Experience as an SAP Solution Architect and hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA and SAP Business Technology Platform (SAP BTP)

• Strong background in designing, implementing and maintaining SAP core manufacturing and logistics modules

• Strong architectural mindset with deep understanding of end-to-end manufacturing, quality and supply chain processes

• Skilled in balancing compliance and innovation while ensuring secure, value-driven designs

• Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement and cross-functional facilitation skills

• Fluency in German and English
