• Your Role With Us

You are the face of La Ferme: With your warm, attentive and professional manner, you create awelcoming experience for our guests from the moment they arrive.

You take responsibility: You work independently, remain calm and organised during busy service,and communicate closely with the managers and the rest of the team.

You care about hospitality: You understand that great service is about more than simply servingfood – it is about creating a genuine and memorable experience for our guests.

Who You Are

You have solid professional experience in restaurant service and enjoy working in a dynamicenvironment.

You are reliable, organised and comfortable taking responsibility.

You are passionate about hospitality and enjoy providing warm, personal and professional service.

You work well as part of a team and maintain a positive attitude, even during busy periods.

You speak good German and English; French is an advantage.

You are already based locally in Saas-Fee or the surrounding area or have your ownaccommodation for the season.
