ROLE DESCRIPTION
• Support digital transformation across HR systems and related processes.
• Drive process automation with Microsoft Power Automate, translating business requirements into practical, scalable digital solutions.
• Support HR systems, reporting, dashboards, and data-driven process improvements.
• Explore and applies emerging AI tools to improve efficiency, user experience, and decision-making.
• Based in Basel, Switzerland, working closely with HR, Operations, IT, and other cross-functional stakeholders.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Automation with Power Automate
• Design, build, and maintain cloud flows to automate business and HR processes end-to-end.
• Work with connectors such as SharePoint, Outlook, Teams, Excel, Forms, and Dataverse.
• Apply triggers, conditions, loops, approvals, and error handling to build reliable workflows.
• Troubleshoot failed flows, identify bottlenecks, and replace manual processes with automation.
AI & Copilot
• Support the adoption of AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot to improve productivity.
• Identify and test use cases for drafting, summarization, reporting, and data analysis.
• Assist in building AI-supported solutions and agents (e.g., Copilot Studio), respecting data privacy and governance.
Systems, Business & Reporting
• Support the maintenance and improvement of HR systems, applications, and integrations.
• Gather requirements, test enhancements, and support implementation projects (incl. UAT and rollout).
• Provide first-level user support and help prepare documentation and training materials.
• Build and maintain reports and dashboards in Power BI and Excel, ensuring data quality and accuracy.
KEY QUALIFICATIONS
• 3–5 years' experience in analytics, HR systems, business applications, or a related field.
• Hands-on experience with Power Automate (cloud flows, connectors, triggers, error handling); Power Apps a plus.
• Familiarity with Power BI, Excel (formulas, data analysis), and basic SQL.
• Interest in AI and agent technologies (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio).
• Strong analytical and communication skills, able to work with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
NICE TO HAVE
• Exposure to HR systems (SuccessFactors, Workday, or SAP).
• Experience with Python, APIs, or RPA (Power Automate Desktop).
EDUCATION
• Bachelor or Master’s degree in Business Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Analytics, HR Technology, or a related field.
