About Our Client

Our client, a leading company in the Life Sciences sector, is seeking a dedicated professional to manage and qualify analytical instruments within a GMP environment. Known for its innovation and global presence, the company offers a dynamic and collaborative work environment.

• Instrument Qualification Specialist (m/f/d)
• Duration: 02/06/2025 to 01/12/2026
  -18 months contract extension possible
• Location: Basel, Switzerland
• Salary: CHF 48,-/h - 60,-/h 

Your Responsibilities

• Perform, support, and supervise qualification activities for analytical instruments, including documentation preparation, review, and approval
• Manage the instrument lifecycle, including calibration and re-qualification processes
• Act as the primary contact between local QA, ARD, and external service providers for instrument-related processes
• Develop and maintain a GMP management system for analytical instruments and oversee the instrument database
• Coordinate the annual update of the validation master plan and support audits, inspections, and laboratory walkthroughs
• Draft, review, and update guidelines and qualification-related documentation
• Provide guidance on instrument-related deviations and support training programs for employees and contractors
• Represent the global ARD team in analytical instrument-related initiatives and collaborate with qualification experts

Your Profile

• Master's degree in a relevant field
• 5–6 years of experience in analytics, quality assurance, and instrument management
• Proven expertise in instrument qualification within a GMP environment
• Strong communication skills and flexibility to adapt to a dynamic work environment
• Eagerness to learn, grow, and take on responsibility
• Fluent in English (German is a plus)
