- Own and prioritize the product backlog, translating customer and business requirements into clear user stories with acceptance criteria, as the central point of contact for requests, priorities, and approvals
- Plan and run product sprints together with the development team
- Support broader planning where the platform roadmap intersects with other products and projects
- Coordinate testing, translation, and delivery with the Scrum team (Dev, Design, QA/Support) and Sales, including feature releases and customer-facing go-live communication
- Drive user-centered product development by planning and facilitating User Labs, validating requirements with customers, and incorporating feedback into the product roadmap.
- Create user guides, documentation, and product updates to onboard and enable customers and the team
- Act as deputy Product Owner for other agile teams as needed (holiday coverage)
Das bringst du mit
- 4+ years' experience as Product Owner / Product Manager, ideally in healthcare or e-commerce
- Working knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodology
- Experience with Jira/Confluence or equivalent tools is an asset. Experience with Figma is beneficial but not essential
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills; comfortable defining clear ownership and process boundaries
- Able to work independently with a structured, transparent communication style
- Fluent German and English (spoken and written) — daily stakeholder, customer, and team communication
