Mirabaud Asset Management - Geneva Join the dynamic core of our asset management firm! Our distribution team seeks an expert to lead Fund Distribution Oversight for our diverse fund portfolio, including Swiss, EU UCITS and Alternatives Funds. Seize the opportunity to shape and manage this pivotal function amidst our array of exciting development projects. A day in your future job:

• Manage the firm's distribution network, including distributors, platforms, and business introducers.
• Assist the Funds' sales team in monitoring fund flows.
• Participate to the development of internal tools supporting Fund Distribution.
• Maintain fund databases and track tech developments.
• Coordinate fund registration with foreign authorities.
• Collaborate on the creation of fund marketing materials.
• Oversee the approval of fund marketing materials.
• Stay informed about industry trends affecting distribution oversight activities.

Your assets to succeed:

• University degree or equivalent.
• Proven experience in the Asset Management industry, preferably in distributionrelated roles.
• In-depth understanding of fund distribution chains, contractual arrangements, and operational challenges.
• Familiarity with Swiss and Luxembourgish funds.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within teams and the broader organization.
• Strong organizational and project management skills with a business-oriented mindset.
• Excellent communication and facilitation abilities, simplifying complex matters.
• Proficiency in both French and English.
