To further strengthen and grow our international business, we are looking for a strategic, hands-on, and commercially driven leader as:
Head of Sales EU/US
As Head of Sales EU/US, you will shape and drive Sateco’s commercial growth strategy across Europe and the Americas. In this highly visible leadership role, you will combine strategic business development with hands-on customer engagement, strengthen key international partnerships, and further expand our presence within the global automotive industry.
Reporting directly to the CSO, you will lead an international sales team and play a key role in building a proactive, performance-driven sales organization focused on sustainable growth and long-term customer success.
Job Location: Preferably based in the DACH-Region with regular travel to the US.

Your Challenges
Sales Leadership & Strategic Growth
- Execute the regional sales strategy aligned with global business objectives.
- Lead, coach, and develop international sales teams across Europe and the US.
- Deliver ambitious revenue, margin, and growth targets. Drive customer penetration and lead complex commercial negotiations with key accounts.
- Coordinate global account management activities closely with teams in Asia.
- Expand new vertical markets and secure early engagement on global OEM platforms.
Commercial Excellence
- Manage pricing strategies in highly competitive and volatile market environments.
- Drive sales excellence through KPI-based steering and Salesforce transparency.
- Ensure disciplined pipeline, RFQ, and quotation management.
Your Qualifications
- 7–10 years of experience in B2B sales within a Tier 2 component environment
- Proven leadership experience managing international sales teams
- Strong track record in winning and developing OEM/Tier 1 business
- Deep understanding of RFQ processes, pricing structures, and long sales cycles
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Fluency in English and good knowledge of German
- Willingness to travel frequently within the EU and US regions
