To drive our continuous organic growth, we are constantly looking for highly qualified professionals. To strengthen our team in the Global Sales Enablement department, we are looking for a dedicated Sales Service Manager (f/m/d), 100%.
Your tasks:
- Provide information to customers as it pertains to available services, prices and new products
- Prepare sales proposals, calculate prices within the framework, present quotes to customers and ensure follow-ups
- Manage assigned global key accounts
- Use the deep company insights you gained to answer inquiries or relay them to the correct specialists at Bachem
- Collaborate with our customer service team to manage customer complaints, stock levels and product lifecycle
- Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Production and external partners to further promote our product portfolio
- Meet established company sales quota by obtaining, tracking and renewing orders
- Provides sales service activities
Your profile:
- Commercial apprenticeship or a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Natural Sciences
- Initial professional experience in a similar role, ideally within a dynamic and international environment
- Strong communication skills and enjoyment in interacting with internal and external stakeholders
- Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus
- Proficient in MS Office applications, experience with SAP and Salesforce is advantageous
- Willingness to work during US time zones (5-6 pm)
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in an international team
- Customer-focused attitude, commercial mindset and service orientation
