Your future responsibilities


Strategic Client Management: As the primary point of contact for our clients, you will develop and maintain long-term relationships, understanding their unique needs and challenges. Your goal is to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty by providing tailored solutions that address their specific requirements.
Comprehensive Service Offering: You will expertly navigate our suite of services, including talent deployment, managed services, tailored solutions development and technological consulting, to offer and implement the best strategies for your clients' success.
Business Development and Growth: Identify and seize new business opportunities to expand Randstad's footprint within the IT sector. You will leverage your market knowledge and networking skills to attract new clients and projects, driving both sales and the strategic growth of the business.
Collaboration and Leadership: Work closely with our team of professionals to deliver seamless service execution. You will guide and support talents and colleagues, fostering a collaborative environment that promotes personal development and the achievement of shared goals.

What we are looking for


Educational and Professional Background: An university degree in Business/Commerce or a related field, complemented by relevant experience in client relationship management, sales, or IT consulting.
Client-First Approach: A proven track record of managing client relationships, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality service and achieving client satisfaction.
Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Fluent in English and French, with the ability to connect authentically with clients, understand their needs, and present solutions effectively.
Strategic Thinking and Networking: Exceptional ability to strategize, network, and develop business opportunities in the IT sector. Your expertise will be key in connecting potential clients with Randstad's comprehensive service offerings.
Outcome-Oriented: Sales-driven with a clear focus on results, you possess the charisma, professionalism, and customer-oriented mindset needed to succeed in this role.
Market Savvy: With excellent communication, strong influencing, and presentation skills, you know how to navigate specific markets to achieve success.
