Internship Junior Event Manager (a) - 6-12 Months
To drive our continuous organic growth, we are constantly looking for highly qualified professionals. To strengthen our team in the Marketing Department, we are looking for a dedicated Junior Event Manager (a), 100% as an internship
Your Tasks:
- Support the planning, coordination, and execution of customer visits and on-site events
- Assist in organizing workshops, meetings, and corporate events, ensuring a professional guest experience
- Coordinate event logistics, including venues, catering, materials, and schedules
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure smooth event delivery
- Provide on-site support before, during, and after events
- Support the planning and execution of HR-related and employer branding events
- Assist in the management of event materials, giveaways, and promotional items
- Track event activities, timelines, and follow-up actions
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of event processes and participant experience
- Support senior event managers in cross-functional event projects
Your Profile:
- Completed or ongoing education in Event Management, Marketing, Hospitality, Communications, or a related field
- First practical experience in event management, marketing, hospitality, or project coordination
- Strong organizational and coordination skills with attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a dynamic environment
- Proactive, hands-on, and solution-oriented mindset
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Team-oriented and service-minded approach
- Proficiency in MS Office; experience with project management tools is an advantage
- Very good German and English language skills
- Flexibility to support events outside regular office hours when required
