FORMS in Freienbach is more than a showroom. Across more than 5,000 sqm of former industrial hall, we bring together outdoor furniture, art, classic cars, café and architecture into one curated experience for design lovers, hosts and creators. As we grow FORMS Club, our new coworking concept, F&B becomes an even bigger part of the daily experience we offer our members, guests and event clients.

The role

We are looking for someone to take ownership of F&B at FORMS: our coffee shop and bar, and the catering side of our events. You will run day-to-day operations, lead the team, and help shape how F&B evolves as FORMS Club opens and brings a new type of daily guest through our doors.

What you will do

• Run the FORMS coffee shop & bar day to day: service quality, design of menu, food preparation, opening hours, ordering, stock
• Lead, schedule and develop the F&B team
• Manage supplier and vendor relationships
• Coordinate F&B for private and public events at FORMS, working closely with our Events & Gastronomy lead
• Help design the next phase of our F&B offering as FORMS Club launches, from member catering to extended service hours
• Manage cost and budget for the F&B operation

What we are looking for

• Experience leading F&B, hospitality or gastronomy operations
• Hands-on and entrepreneurial: comfortable building and improving as we grow, not just maintaining
• Strong team leadership and organizational skills
• Fluent German, good working English
• Based in or willing to relocate to the Freienbach area
