We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented E-Commerce Assistant (m/w/d) to join our team in Switzerland. Responsibilities

As an E-Commerce Assistant, your key responsibilities will include:

Managing and updating product listings on our e-commerce platforms.

Monitoring and analyzing sales performance and customer behavior.

Assisting in the development and execution of online marketing campaigns.

Ensuring accurate and timely order processing and fulfillment.

Providing excellent customer support and addressing inquiries promptly.

Collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize the online shopping experience.

Staying up-to-date with e-commerce trends and best practices.

Qualifications

We are looking for candidates who meet the following qualifications:

Previous experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or a related field.

Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Proficiency in e-commerce platforms and tools.

Excellent communication skills in English; knowledge of German or French is a plus.

Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.

Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
