Syntes’s core services include:
- Providing investment and trust administration
- Payment execution and cash balance management
- Accounting, cost control, budgeting and reporting
- Document management
- Compliance activities
- Director and trustee support
Syntes AG (“Syntes”) is seeking to add to its team a:
Your responsibilities:
Record keeping:
- Maintenance, filing and updating:
- Statutory documents for entities / trusts in various jurisdictions in the Document Management System (“DMS”).
- KYC documentation, organizational and structural charts and entity checklists.
- Compliance calendar and providing timely regulatory and structural updates to team.
Corporate documents
- Preparation of resolutions for routine corporate actions.
- Minuting of meetings of directors, shareholders and committees.
- Arranging for signing of documentation ancillary to the above.
Coordination:
- Liaising with legal counsel, registered agents or regulatory authorities in different jurisdictions for:
- Regulatory filings, meetings to be held or updates to be made.
- Incorporation, dissolution or re-domiciliation of entities.
- Filing and updating beneficial ownership registers.
Audit & Projects:
- Providing annual support with external audits, including agreed upon procedures.
- Participation in diverse internal / external projects and initiatives.
- Close collaboration with cross-functional teams (Finance, Investment Administration, Risk and Compliance).
Requirements:
- Law degree (BLaw or Mlaw) or Paralegal with experience in corporate law or corporate, fund or trust services preferred.
- Professional fluency in English with the ability to understand legal documents in English.
- Willingness to deal with and handle a high volume of trust and corporate documentation.
- Ability to work efficiently, diligently, and independently while being a supportive and collaborative team member.
- Organized, accurate and detail-oriented.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Accountable, flexible and reliable with a can-do positive mindset.
The ideal candidate will be able to commute to Syntes’ office in Vaduz every day of the week.
