Associate Director, Logistics Operations Expert (f/d/m) (fixed term 12/2025)

The function Logistics Operations Expert (fixed term unt 12/2025) ensures that the core processes in logistics are constantly monitored and supported in terms of effectiveness and efficiency. The target is a highly skilled logistic service (compliance with all relevant regulations requirements like EHS, xGMP and GDP) for all Visp BU’s.

He will lead and support logistics projects within Logistics Operations Visp for the associated planning, organization and control for logistics operations activities, non-technical and technical materials, goods receipt, sampling, warehousing, shipping, internal transportation and costums clearing.

Key responsibilities:

• Development of the operational organization Logistics Visp to ensure the service according the high-quality requirements (security / quality / environment / costs / availability):
• Develops and implements operational processes according to the requirements of the BU’s.
• Ensures optimal cooperation with the production plants
• Ensures the compliance with quality, safety and environmental requirementsCoordination and optimization of the organization Logistics Visp
• Identifies  opportunities  to  enhance  effectiveness  and  efficiency  of business processes and systems
• Active development, design and implementation of optimization projects and continuous improvements Ensuring & monitoring the achievements of defined targets. Live the vision and culture of the company and cultivates the exchange of information’s
• Managing and supports employees/managers in their needsSecure compliance with all regulatory requirements (EHS, xGMP, GDP)

Key requirements:

• Logistic Expert equal to Master
• Experienced with Lean Excellence
• Developed communication and diplomacy skills used to direct/persuade/influence others
• Decision-taking to identify business challenges and focus on delivering results and value in Logistics environment
• Developed leadership skillset with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• •Strong leadership skills with ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks to tight deadlines
• High expertise in conceptual design
• Acts and behaves as role model to leverage entire SC&L LPBN organization
• Excellent analytical, organizational, critical thinking and problem-solving skills
