Why Work at LenovoDescription and RequirementsThe working hours for the position is from 4pm until 12am, supporting North America.Core Responsibilities:Catalogue & Lifecycle Management* Maintain catalogue accuracy (Part No., pricing, availability, lifecycle)* Manage updates (quarterly reviews, quote validity, replacements, EOL)* Maintain catalogue structure, templates, and OEM BOM contentPricing & Commercial Alignment* Apply and govern pricing models, margins, and approvals* Ensure consistency across catalogue and quote-based transactions* Support transitions between catalogue and quote-driven modelsCustomer & Stakeholder Engagement* Act as primary catalogue contact for customer and account teams* Maintain regular cadence (including operational issue tracking calls)* Collaborate with Sales, SBOT, partners, and Business PartnersConfiguration & Pre-Sales Support* Support catalogue configurations, custom quotes, and RPQs* Provide V3 order support and V4 pre-buy support* Enable account teams with catalogue additions and updatesIssue & Order Management* Investigate and resolve billing, invoicing, and repricing issues* Support order management and ensure smooth execution* Troubleshoot system and catalogue-related discrepanciesChange & Process Improvement* •Submit change requests (e.g., SCRT, LFO, material alternates)* Drive automation and catalogue optimization initiatives* Define requirements for BT / system enhancements* The Sales Support Representative will have excellent contract language / creation background, teaming skills, quality improvement, and organization skills.* Also, this candidate is able to manage priorities and demonstrates a strong aptitude for critical thinking and problem resolution.
