Our Montessori School Seeds of Knowledge, founded in 2011, is a bilingual school following the Montessori pedagogy. To complement our 3-6y.o team, we are looking from August 2024 for:

An English-speaking AMI Montessori Guide

Location: Etoy, Canton of Vaud Contract Type: Full-time Working Language: English

Responsibilities:

Supervise and oversee children aged 3-6 years in a Montessori environment. Create a positive and stimulating learning environment.

Observe and track the individual development of children.

Collaborate with the teaching team to plan learning activities tailored to each child. Encourage independence, problem-solving, and self-confidence in children. Communicate effectively with parents about their child’s progress.

Requirements:

AMI Diploma for 3-6 y.o.

Previous experience as à 3-6y.o guide

Proficiency in English, both spoken and written. Ideally mother tongue btu at least C2 level Passion for childhood education.

Ability to work as part of a team and collaborate with other educators.

Commitment to Montessori principles and a deep understanding of Montessori pedagogy.
