In this role, you will work closely with the Global Tender Management Head and cross-functional teams to strengthen our tender capabilities, enhance processes, and support markets in delivering winning strategies.</p><p>This position offers strong exposure to global markets, senior stakeholders, and strategic initiatives—while giving you the opportunity to grow your expertise and shape how Abbott brings medicines to patients.</p><p></p><p><b>What You’ll Do</b></p><p></p><p><b>Market & Customer Insights</b></p><ul><li>Support analysis of customer and market data to inform tender strategies</li><li>Track market trends and pricing dynamics to identify opportunities and risks</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Tender Strategy & Performance</b></p><ul><li>Partner with the Global Tender Management Head to support strategy execution</li><li>Monitor KPIs and prepare insights for stakeholders</li><li>Collaborate with markets on high-priority tenders to maximize success</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Processes & Tools</b></p><ul><li>Help ensure consistent application of Abbott’s global tender process</li><li>Support adoption and effective use of tender management systems</li><li>Contribute to continuous improvements that enhance efficiency and outcomes</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Planning & Coordination</b></p><ul><li>Help maintain visibility of upcoming tender opportunities (9–12 months ahead)</li><li>Support preparation of cross-functional plans for key tenders</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Cross-Functional Collaboration</b></p><ul><li>Work closely with teams across finance, supply chain, pricing, marketing, and local markets</li><li>Facilitate communication across regions and functions</li><li>Support and coordinate Tender Review Panels when needed</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Capability Building</b></p><ul><li>Support development of tools, training materials, and best practices</li><li>Help strengthen capabilities across local teams</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Customer Value</b></p><ul><li>Contribute to the development of compelling value propositions tailored to customer needs</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Ethics & Compliance</b></p><ul><li>Ensure adherence to Abbott policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards</li></ul><p></p><p><b>What You Bring</b></p><p></p><p>We recognize that great candidates don’t always check every box.
