Position Summary
We’re looking for a passionate Bank Accountant to join our team on a fixed term contract for 12 months, and play a crucial role in driving our financial success. If you’re ready to take your career to new heights in a fast-paced, global environment, this is the opportunity for you.
Your role
- Banking Activities Management: Manage daily bank accounting tasks, including recording transactions, reconciliation of payments, processing month-end closings, and reconciliation accounts for various Jet Aviation entities.
- Accounts Receivable Management: Allocate incoming payments to the correct AR accounts and follow up with entities.
- Treasury Administration: Handle treasury administration, prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports, and ensure transaction entry verification procedures are followed.
- Corporate Credit Card Administration: Monitor and manage the company’s corporate credit card program, ensuring proper use and reconciliation.
- Ensure Compliance: Ensure all financial entries follow internal controls and accounting standards, maintaining data accuracy and compliance.
- Support Audits: Assist in internal and external audits, contribute to various projects and accounting documentation as needed.
- Stakeholder Communication: Engage with internal and external stakeholders to address all financial accounting-related matters, report regularly to management open debts, and remind customers of open accounts within EMEA.

Your profile
- Commercial accounting education and 2-5 years of experience in a similar role within an international environment
- Strong knowledge of Swiss OR, with a deep understanding of accounting and reporting processes
- Fluent English and German skills, French language skills are a plus
- Proficient in MS Office and strong SAP experience
- Results-driven and customer-focus, with high personal accountability and strong business and financial acumen
