Operations Planning & Steering is right at the heart of SWISS’ daily flight operation. We are about 230 people located at and near ZRH airport. Our responsibilities are clustered in four business areas: Operations Steering, Crew Planning & Control, Operations Research & Innovation and Operations Performance Management.

We are looking for a self-driven, motivated person with an affinity for airlines operations and is willing to support a diverse upper-management leadership team.
- Workload Specification: For this position, a minimum of 80% workload is preferred
- HF diploma, Bachelor’s, Master’s students or graduates (HF diploma & Bachelor’s students must have completed at least three semesters) in economics, business administration or similar education
- Ability to work independently while being a collaborative team player, with a passion for organizing events
- Excellent oral and written presentation skills (English and German); must be competent at writing and illustrating analysis, presentations, etc.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook and Teams
- Ability to interact professionally at all levels of the organization
- Communication skills and experience in conducting workshops, along with a background in change management
