WinGD is looking for a
Intern Technical Customer Support (m/f/d)
Location: Winterthur
Workload: 100%
Starting Date: 15.06.2026 or tbd
Your Responsibilities:
- Administrative Support:
- Maintain article price lists, including drawing numbers, prices, and availabilities.
- Create quotes, pro forma invoices, and invoices using Excel.
- Liaise with internal SAP experts to create invoices in SAP.
- Send invoices to customers and follow up to ensure timely payment.
- Write Purchase Orders (PO) in response to supplier quotations.
- Ensure timely payment of invoices sent by suppliers.
- Support for Cybersecurity submissions.
- Financial Reporting:
- Maintain the BU Digital cash flow overview.
- Create and distribute monthly cash flow reports.
- Documentation & Process Support:
- Support the documentation of customer requests in Confluence and Jira.
- Assist the Technical Customer Support team with ad-hoc requirements as they arise.
- Investigate the exhaust valve health condition based on test cases from vessels.
Your Profile:
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with SAP is an advantage.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Previous experience in an administrative or customer support role is an asset but not required.
- Proactive, reliable, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Willingness to learn and take on new tasks as required.
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally in English (German is a plus).
- Currently enrolled at a university, ideally in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
