Responsibilities

As part of BTRY’s commercial team you will work closely with the Head of Business Operations to support our growth.

• Identify, research, and qualify potential customers for BTRY
• Support outreach, communication, and relationship building with leads
• Assist in preparing materials for customer meetings, distributors, and strategic partners
• Support the planning and coordination of BTRY’s presence at fairs and conferences in Europe, Asia and North America
• Help maintain CRM pipelines, track interactions, and support business development reporting
• Contribute to market research on competitors, applications, and regulatory requirements

Your Profile

• High-level of motivation and drive to work in a fast-paced startup environment and a strong interest in the nexus of deep-tech and business
• Bachelor or Master’s degree with excellent results
• Strong writing and communication skills in English (mandatory). Proficiency in German and/or Mandarin is an advantage
• Some previous work experience is advantageous
• Organized, proactive, and comfortable with taking ownership from day 1

• Title: Business Intern
• Job type: Full-time internship (CHF 2000 per month)
• Workload: 100% for 6–12 months
• Start date: July
• Location: Dübendorf (on-site with some remote flexibility)
