We are looking for a Data Analyst Supply Chain Management (f/m/d) to join us and turn data into actionable insights that optimize our global supply chain.

If so, this role is for you. As part of our Supply Chain Management team at our Production Centre in Reinach, you will work closely with global stakeholders to design data-driven solutions that enhance efficiency and support strategic decisions.

Which tasks will you perform?

You will:

• collect, analyze, and interpret complex data sets to identify trends and opportunities for optimization.


• develop actionable recommendations to improve global supply chain and sourcing processes.


• design and present data-driven solutions to management teams, ensuring alignment with business goals.


• collaborate with process and data owners to gather accurate information from multiple sources.


• create dashboards, KPIs, and visualizations to monitor performance and support decision-making.


• contribute to automation initiatives and explore predictive analytics and machine learning approaches to optimize supply chain processes.

What do we expect from you?

You:

• hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Data Science, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.


• bring strong analytical skills with experience in consolidating and performing advanced data analysis.


• are proficient in the use of business intelligence tools, data visualization, and KPI development.


• have hands-on experience with SAP Business Warehouse, SAP Analytics Cloud, Power Query, Power BI, Snowflake or dbt, and programming languages (e.g., Python) is a plus.


• possess excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.


• are fluent in English, German is an advantage.
