Superlab Suisse operates ready-to-use laboratories for life science companies. We are looking for a highly engaged Lab Support team member to help run our Basel location.

Your role

• Support the daily operation of our shared laboratories
• Keep laboratories, equipment and shared areas ready for use
• Manage lab supplies, deliveries and waste handling
• Support basic equipment checks and maintenance coordination
• Assist members with day-to-day operational requests
• Support safety checks, documentation and laboratory procedures
• Step in wherever needed to keep operations running smoothly
• Building management support and coordination

You

• Reliable, structured and attentive to detail
• Able to work independently and take ownership
• Laboratory or relevant technical experience preferred
• English required; German is an advantage

This is an on-site operational role for someone who likes responsibility, pace and direct interaction with customers.
