As a Business Controller Real Estate / Financial Controller, you will play a key role in ensuring transparent financial management and effective performance monitoring of the company's real estate portfolio. The focus of this position is to provide accurate reporting, sound financial analysis and reliable forecasting to support both strategic initiatives and day-to-day operational decisions.In addition, you will support financing activities, oversee project controlling and ensure compliance with internal policies and external financial regulations. By identifying risks and opportunities, the function makes a significant contribution to improving financial transparency and promoting long-term value creation in real estate projects.

Andermatt Swiss Alps AG, based in Andermatt, plans, builds and develops the year-round destination of Andermatt with aparment buildings, hotels and villas in Andermatt Reuss. The Andermatt Swiss Alps Group also owns The Chedi Andermatt and Radisson Blu Reussen hotels, an 18-hole, par 72 championship golf course and the Andermatt Concert Hall. There is a close partnership with Andermatt-Sedrun Sport AG and its majority shareholder Vail Resorts, Inc.

As a Business Controller Real Estate / Financial Controller, you will play a key role in ensuring transparent financial management and effective performance monitoring of the company's real estate portfolio. Your contribution to our success
- Carry out monthly and quarterly financial statements including P&L, balance sheet, cost center and project accounting
- Create meaningful reports and dashboards (Power BI, Excel) for management and specialist departments
- Support planning and forecasting processes, including budgeting, variance analyses and performance monitoring
- Project controlling for real estate projects, especially in the area of high-quality residential construction projects (e.g. POC methodology)
- Preparing financial analyses, e.g. on profitability, cash flow, working capital and risk assessment
- Supporting financing processes, e.g. by preparing financial dossiers and coordinating with lenders
- Further develop ERP and reporting processes (Abacus, Power Automate), including ensuring data quality
- Interface to operational areas such as real estate, sales, gastronomy and marketing - as a business partner with foresight
- Responsible for ad hoc analyses and special projects, incl. strategic decision-making basis for top management
- Degree in business administration, finance, controlling or a comparable subject area
- Several years of professional experience in controlling, ideally in a real estate or project environment
- Sound knowledge of financial and project controlling, accounting as well as cash flow and profitability analyses
- Confident handling of ERP systems (ideally Abacus), Power BI, Excel and interest in automated workflows
- Experience with POC valuation methods is an advantage
- Strong conceptual and analytical skills as well as a structured and solution-oriented way of working
- Communicative personality with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to present complex issues in a way that is appropriate for the target audience
- Very good written and spoken English skills (C1/C2); Intermediate oral German skills desired
- Work location: 2 days per week in Andermatt, Altdorf or Homeoffice possible on the remaining days
